4. Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree to:

5. Points and payment

The Platform uses a points system; consumption follows then-current notices. Used points are non-refundable; unused points follow our published refund policy. We may adjust point plans and prices.

6. Intellectual property and license

Platform UI, software, design, trademarks, and content other than user uploads belong to the Platform or licensors. You retain rights in content you create and grant us a license to use, store, and display it as needed to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability limits

Services are provided “as is.” Except where prohibited by law, we make no express or implied warranties of timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or fitness. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms/law violations or to protect safety and order, without refunding purchased points except where law requires otherwise.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and publish updates on the Platform. Continued use after revision means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using and delete your account.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these Terms or Platform services shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
