After a referred member binds, they must actually consume “effective paid points.” Signup or purchase credit alone does not create earnings.

Earnings become Available after confirmation policy. Unsettled / Pending amounts cannot be withdrawn.

If the source transaction is refunded or reversed, the system applies Reversal / Adjustment and may reduce or claw back related earnings.

Per current bank-fee rules: below the threshold, the earner pays actual bank fees; at/above the threshold, AWB absorbs them (rule version at request time applies).
